Due to the low inventory in the market place, in my view, ethics are at an all time low. I know I do not need to say this to you, our agents, but I want to assure that you are practicing your craft correctly and that ultimately high ethical behavior is the best way to approach your business. So essentially I want to encourage you to carry on. Your reputation and the way you treat your fellow agents inside and outside of Douglas Elliman means everything. Whether it is getting offers accepted, learning about buyers and sellers, or just being on the inside track with what is happening in the market place, how your fellow agents perceive you can make or break a potential transaction.
