We agents are impatient by nature. We all want instant gratification, but we must be consistent and hold the course. I see agents trying this and trying that going from one new idea to another but not sticking to anything. Patience is a lost virtue. Everyone is looking for the silver bullet, the easier and softer way but success is in executing the basics repeatedly over and over. Love the grind. Love the process. Love the discipline. Focus on the activities, not the results. The results will take care of themselves.
