In our business—and in life—three resources matter most: Time, Money, and Hope. They’re our true capital. And yet, too often, they’re spent carelessly on bad business: overpriced listings, toxic clients, and activities that produce nothing but fatigue.
Time is finite. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Every hour we spend on a dead-end deal or chasing the wrong people is an hour we’ll never get back.
Money must work for us. It must produce returns, build relationships, open doors, and grow our influence. Every dollar spent without purpose is a dollar wasted.
And Hope—our inner fuel—must be guarded fiercely. When we feed it into pipe dreams, denial, or ego-driven folly, it gets drained. And when hope runs low, everything suffers.
Let’s be sharper. Let’s say no to the wrong deals faster. Let’s align every minute, every dollar, and every ounce of belief with business that is true, strategic, and worthy.
