Real Estate is a lonely game and a smart real estate agent must be extremely careful not to isolate. It has never been a solo sport. My observation has been that when agents are leaning in and showing up, good things happen for them. When they are not and they are isolating, the outlook is not so pretty. Agents isolate for two reasons: they get busy or they are not busy; both are horrible reasons. Woody Allen said, “98% of success in life is showing up” and I completely agree with him. Attend Sales meetings, workshops, podcasts, caravan, and property reviews. Be a part of the team. Show up and watch the magic happen.
