What are you really capable of?

We can all do 20 times more than we think when it comes to exercise, and physical fitness is considered by many human potential coaches to be the base line for all human performance. Tony Robbins who charges a million dollars a year to coach CEO’s and celebs around the world begins with physical health. If you aren’t feeling well or are lacking sustainable energy it is extremely difficult and taxing to play real estate/life at the highest levels. The chemical changes caused by exercise help battle stress and fatigue, giving you sustainable energy and the confidence you need to excel. Your sleep at night will become more restful and rejuvenating.

Life’s inertia seems to want us to rest rather than exert. Yet exerting is life itself. In physics a body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest. I find it very telling that life’s final station is complete rest. Set a goal for exercise and diet for 2018 that challenges you and get ready for your best year ever.

Now give me 20 burpees and sprint 400 meters!
