If you handed me two candidates tomorrow — one with experience and a bad attitude, the other with zero to little experience and the right energy — I’d take the second one every time. That’s not reckless, it’s smart.
Skill is teachable. If someone has the right mindset and are coachable the skill will come. Attitude doesn’t work that way. You can’t coach someone into caring or teach ethics or into showing up with the right attitude and respect. Either it’s there or it isn’t.
I’ve watched “qualified” people poison a room with ego and resistance, while someone green walks in hungry to learn and with time is elevating everyone around them. Bad energy is contagious. So is good energy.
