How to Reboot When Life Feels Stuck

There are times in life when you hit a wall. You feel worn out, stuck in a rut, or just not meeting the goals you’ve set for yourself. It’s easy to slip into a state of frustration or even depression. During these moments, the key to moving forward is to hit the reset button—reboot yourself, mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s like a refresh for your mind and spirit. Here’s what I do when I need to reboot.

1. Exercise

First and foremost, exercise is one of the best ways to break free from a negative mindset.
